The story of Traffic Jam University actually started on I-85 in Atlanta, Georgia years ago…in rush hour traffic on a hot summer day, while I was stewing over why I was not doing the work I wanted to be doing.  I just knew there was more to life. Then a life-changing idea came to mind while stuck in that traffic jam.

The concept was to make personal development and growth exactly what it should be…personal to the student (not personality driven).  Traffic Jam University (TJU) was born from that idea.  After making this idea a full-fledged reality, I partnered with Kenneth Ray (the Chancellor and co-Founder of TJU) to explore the possibility of supporting other people in their commitment to unlock their full potential.
